Justin Ng's Reply to Gerald Tong's topic-Disdvantages of CCTV

In your post, you stated that people would think of ideas and solutions to bypass the CCT when more CCT are installed.  I agree with you, but that will not happen it due time. This is because when there's the CCT, people will have to spend time and effort; Probably money as well, to find such an idea to bypass CCT. But when this happens, we would have to think of another different way to conquer the crimes and ideas and solutions at that time. Therefore, i am not saying that it is not true that people will think of ways to bypass CCT, but that every item that puts law into place will finally be bypassed by people; It is only a matter of time.
