What are the disadvantages of CCT surveillance ? I feel that even though CCT surveillance can help in such a situation when there is crime or terrorism, but in such a situation can these Surveillance cameras do anything to stop these this from happening? These cameras are only to help find the suspect of these crimes and if the suspects wears masks wouldn't it make it difficult to trace the suspects?CCT surveillance also makes people feel insecure as the feeling of being watched every time we do something or walk. And if someone was to be able to gain excess to these cameras, it might turn out as a dangerous situation.



Well, if the camera spots suspects wearing a mask, they could still raise the alarm for the police to take action as people wearing masks are most likely dangerous. I agree with you that it makes people insecure but if it is installed in the right places, it will be to our advantage.
