I agree with you that CCTV can intrude some privacy. But, having to install one can help to reduce the crime rate, then it is worthwhile.

There is a way to solve the problem and that is to explain to the neighbors. An explanation is always helpful and citizens would understand because everyone hope that Singapore is free of crimes.
